FS#3 - Throttle angle limited when running speed density
Description
At full acceleration, the target throttle angle does not reach 100% and seems to have a ramping when using speed density.
Does not affect 2.5T users.

Finding the culprit
The target angle is based on the airflow requirement. When flooring the accelerator pedal, the ECU add an offset to the base target. It has been confirmed this offset is applied on speed density setups as well, which indicate the offset or the base throttle angle is lower than when using a MAF
The base throttle angle respects the torque and airflow model. The culprit is with the offset added at WOT. The 2.5T are not affected due to the high manifold pressure requests that max out this offset
