FS#11 - 09G gearbox identification: Not always sent by the client
During the fetch, the client does send the SWID (ECU/TCU) properly, although if a full TCU ID is required, it might not complete it
- Revise server side logic
- It might be an exception on the client side that prevent the packet to reach the server. Although, it is odd since SWID is extracted from the full ID
- Seems more common with the GD101 cables
