<p>
There is a limit of maximum 2.2A that can be output to the circuit that drive the MAC valve for boost control.<br />When that limit is reached, the power is interrupted and a fault is set into the ECU. MAC valves are usually rated at 5.4W unit, 0.45A (It was initially miscalculated at 2.22A, see comments)
